Do I need a website or booking system to sign up?
No. Basic and Intermediate plans work without any existing booking system. You manage everything through the FMF dashboard.
What is the 20% transaction fee?
It's only charged on bookings made through Find My Facility — think of it as a performance fee. You only pay when you earn. Sessions booked through your own channels are unaffected.
What is OpenActive?
OpenActive is a community-led, Sport England-funded initiative in the UK designed to make it easier for people to find physical activity opportunities by encouraging the publication of open, standardized data.
How quickly will I appear in search results?
