Does it cost me to use this service?
It’s currently free so why not sign up and give it a go; there’s nothing to loose!

I can’t find the facility I’m looking for?
Please feel free to email us. We can do a manual check of our database and if it doesn’t appear then we’ll do our best to get it added.

Can I book a class through the app?
Yes. We have several registered facilities and our product roadmap includes many more. We aim to make it as convenient to book a sports facility as it is to book a hotel room so why not sign up to email updates to stay tuned!

How do I view a facility’s details?
Download the app and sign up for free to access facility information. We have over 20,000 UK sports facilities so I’m sure we’ll have just the one you’re looking for!

How do I reset my password?
Look for ‘Forgot My Password’ in the app and click the reset password link in your email. If you’re having difficulties with this process then please get in touch and we’d be happy to help.

The information for a facility is incorrect?
Please let us know if this is the case. We are more than willing to update the database so that you get the most accurate facility information at your fingertips.

Where does your facility information come from?
We source our information from open source data provided by Sport England and other open source initiatives in the sports industry. We want you to have access to this enriching information by making it easy to search and filter the database in the app.

What if I operate / run a facility in the database?
Please get in touch and we can discuss the information we hold for your facility. We also want to understand the problems faced by facility operators to see how we can help, so it would be great to chat further!
