What is the 20% transaction fee?
It's only charged on bookings made through Find My Facility — think of it as a performance fee. You only pay when you earn. Sessions booked through your own channels are unaffected.
What is OpenActive?
OpenActive is a community-led, Sport England-funded initiative in the UK designed to make it easier for people to find physical activity opportunities by encouraging the publication of open, standardized data.
How does FMF help with OpenActive compliance?
When you list on FMF, your sessions are automatically distributed across the OpenActive network — giving you significantly wider reach than listing on one platform alone.
