Here are a few frequent stumbling blocks and how to head them off:

• Typos: Please double check all your field entries to ensure correct spelling and punctuation.
• Missing required fields: Some fields are mandatory and the form will not let you proceed until the required fields are complete.
• Lack of detail: Ensure the organisation and activity descriptions are as detailed as possible.
• Correct formats: The phone numbers and emails are valid and in the correct format.

What Happens After Uploading?

Once your session upload is accepted:

• The system processes your session and adds it to the Find My Facility, and other OpenActive enabled, marketplaces automatically.
• You can review or edit sessions from your Find My Facility Dashboard.
• If errors occur, you’ll get a notification at the end of the form. In this case, please double check the required fields and the reCAPTCHA at the end of the form.
