How to find your Momence host ID and API token

The Find My Facility Momence integration syncs your classes directly onto the FMF platform, so customers can find and book your sessions without any additional work on your end. To get set up, you'll need two credentials from your Momence account: your host ID and your API token. Here's exactly where to find them.

Step 1: Go to Apps & Integrations

Log in to your Momence dashboard. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Apps & Integrations. A submenu will appear with three options: App store, Third-party integrations, and Developer API.

Step 2: Open Developer API

Click Developer API from the submenu. This opens the Developer API page, which may have two tabs at the top: API V2 and Legacy API.

Step 3: Select the Legacy API tab

Click the Legacy API tab. On this page you'll find both values you need:

  • Your API token — displayed near the top of the page, labelled “Your API token”.
  • Your host ID — listed as hostId in the endpoint parameter examples further down the page.

Copy both values and enter them into your dashboard when prompted to whilst linking your Momence account.

Need help?

If you can't find the Developer API page, or the values don't appear as expected, get in touch with the FMF team and we'll walk you through it. You can also see how Find My Facility works to understand how your sessions will appear once the integration is live.
